Season’s Greetings Success Team NZ

 Another year is almost over and a New Year is fast approaching.  2007 has seen some remarkable growth in many areas of STNZ.

 In January, Usana rewarded us with 2 courtside corporate boxes at the ASB Classic Women’s Tennis Championships.  We were very pleased to be able share this with members of our team as  token of our gratitude for their efforts and support over the years, particularly during our advancement to Ruby.

 In March, STNZ attended the Asia Pacific Convention in record numbers.   Showing up in force wearing our much talked about branded polo shirts that were organised by Evette Crompton.

 New leaders continue to emerged and rank advancements had a record breaking year within STNZ, the highlights being:

NEW RUBY DIRECTOR – Mike Harris

NEW GOLD DIRECTORS – Andre & Cathy Oertel, Isabel Jackson & Iain Worsley and Elsa & Arno Andres.

NEW SILVER DIRECTORS – Beck Metcalfe and Leone Ward

NEW BRONZE DIRECTOR – Selvanathan A/L Veluppillai

 Recognition from Usana Corporate was bestowed upon some of our top performers.

Mike Harris won the inaugural ANZ Leaders Challenge Award in March and Beck Metcalfe won this prestigious award in July.

Mike Harris qualified for the Annual Leadership Seminar held at Couran Cove Resort on the Gold Coast of Australia and qualified as one of the Top 50 Growth Associates in Asia Pacific

Mike Harris, Andre & Cathy Oertel, Isabel Jackson & Iain Worsley qualified for and attended the New Gold Directors Seminar in August in Sydney.

Elsa & Arno Andres will attend the next New Gold Directors Seminar in the New Year

 The Malaysian invasion made its presence known with the arrival of our inaugural Rookie of the Year (the top performing associate who is in the first year of their business ), Selvanathan A/L Veluppillai

Selvanathan A/L Veluppillai – Selvanathan consistently featured on our top performers reports as one of the top earners and top sponsors.  A great effort in his first year in Usana.  We are expecting more of the same in 2008

 

Associate of the Year

Elsa & Arno Andres (Equitrade NZ Limited) – Elsa joined our team over 8 years ago and has built an international business around her large family.  The personal growth in Elsa over this time has been nothing short of amazing.  She  attends everything and travels to support her team in the South Island, North Island, Australia and Malaysia.  Behind every great woman is a supportive husband, Elsa would not be able to achieve what she does without Arno.  Their advancement to Gold was just the beginning for this amazing couple.

 

STNZ Vision Award

Isabel Jackson & Iain Worsley (Freedom International Ltd) – This couple joined our team 9 years ago.  Seasoned Network Marketers who  were Leaders from the beginning.  They have been committed to their team and vision of Dr Wentz since day 1.  Finally being recognised for the amazing Leaders they have always been.  Isabel & Iain have spent many weeks and thousands of dollars this year on their personal development and we look forward to seeing their advance to Diamond in the not too distant future.
