Years ago, it was imperative for each USANA/STI associate to have voicemail number to receive important updates. However, with Voice/Ecard technology through email it's removed the need for a voicemail for updates. Here are some other valuable reasons why many STI Leaders will still use their voicemail account with My Voicemail Network.
TOLL FREE 24 HOUR VOICE MAIL NUMBER You can print on your business card and give out your voicemail number to your associates and prospects who can leave you a message 24 hours a day! You receive instant email notification and login to hear the message from your computer. ZERO OUT FORWARD FEATURE You can leave a recording which tells your callers they can press a button to be routed to your cell phone or home phone. VIRTUAL FAX NUMBER Your 24 hour voicemail number doubles as a fax number! It will automatically receive any faxes and hold them in your inbox. Once you receive email notification, you can login and forward the fax to perhaps your personal fax machine that you turn on temporarily to receive. The days of having a separate incoming fax number at your home are long gone. We all use virtual faxes today. There are some limited printing options as well for faxes in your inbox. ADVERTISING GREETING / PERSONAL STORY If you are using some signs on your vehicle or running other types of advertising, many will create a custom greeting that helps to qualify callers. Another option is for you to make your greeting your own personal story of WHY USANA. On your business card you could say ... Call 000-000-0000 for 24 hr mssg. FREE CONFERENCE CALLING FOR 25 CALLERS (TOLL CALL) You receive a separate number and a unique PIN# which you and your callers can access anytime 24 hours a day! No need to call in advance or schedule a conference call... it's live 24 hours a day and it's the same number and pin. Moderator PIN will be given for muting all callers along with many caller and moderator in call features (See bottom). No usage fees or per minute fees, however, the phone number will be a TOLL number meaning long distance charges for callers who do not have flat rate long distance. TOLL FREE CONFERENCE CALLING Anytime 24/7, you can call into your voicemail number and press 8 from the main menu to initiate a conference call. You give a pin # that you choose or have already told callers to activate the conference. All callers dial in toll free at this number: 1-877-457-4888 and just give the PIN # that you entered. Each caller including you will be billed to your account at 7.9 cents per minute. No moderator or mute features are available. PRICING $12.99/month plus 7.9 cents per minute for incoming voicemail or faxes. Free access logging in on the internet to view, play, print, and adjust features. |
