Marilyn
received a commission check her first week in this business and has had
one every week since. It was just nine months after she began to build
her USANA business that Marilyn and her husband Jim purchased their new
home on a hill overlooking the city. Marilyn left the national
laboratory behind and began working her USANA business full time.
Networking has opened so many doors for Marilyn and Jim. They have
closed their dance instruction business and are now living a life they
once only dreamed of. Marilyn says, “It’s been awesome to see this
opportunity as a family business with all three of her sons utilizing
the earnings from their own USANA businesses to support themselves
through college.” Marilyn now has the time freedom to volunteer for the
American Red Cross, care for her ailing parents and give back to a
number of other charities in which she believes. (
Jim
includes, “Whether we are enjoying a boat ride, fishing a derby, or just
visiting with friends on the deck overlooking the lake, this home
provides the happy memories and lifestyle that we didn’t know was
possible before.” (
Traveling has become a favorite pastime for Marilyn and Jim now.
They’ve cruised the Caribbean, vacationed in Hawaii, visited Australia,
England, Hong Kong, toured the United States and now have their sights
set on Italy and Vienna. Marilyn concludes, “A few years of effort have
taken our lives from good to unbelievable. This type of financial and
time freedom is well worth the effort!” ( |
Marilyn
was pursuing a career at a scientific national laboratory in Washington
State while raising three children and operating a dance instruction
business with her husband when she
was introduced to the USANA® opportunity. Marilyn had suffered a
serious back injury and eight agonizing months of numerous treatments
without relief. This is when a friend shared the USANA story with
her. Marilyn developed a strong interest in searching for high
quality supplements to help maintain her health. She saw the value

With her three sons approaching their college years, she saw the power
