Lee and Karla Slaugh began their USANA journey in August of 2000. At the time Lee was approached with USANA, he was operating his own diesel truck shop business of 3 ½ years.  His business was failing and he was looking for something else to replace his income.  Being involved with another network marketing company for 7 years, Lee understood the power of the industry but never found the right company.  He saw something different with USANA and he decided to get involved.  Following the example of Tren Grant (Diamond Director), Lee became very teachable.  He followed the STI Basic Training System step by step and he began to see his business grow very fast.  (Disclaimer)

For the first few months, Karla was very reluctant to get involved because of their previous experiences in network marketing. She is currently employed by the K-Mart Corporation and has been with them for 13 years.  She has worked her way up the corporate ladder and is now in upper management. 

After being involved for about 4 months, they reached the level of Achiever. They attended the STI Live training event in Salt Lake City where they were recognized on stage as new STI Team Builders. This was the turning point for Karla. Two weeks later they became Silver Directors and for the 14 weeks following this event they maximized a business center 7 of the 14 weeks and reached Gold Director!   “Once we caught the vision and understood the possibilities, our organization went from 40 to100 people in 7 weeks!  If you think it can’t be done, it can.  The sky is the limit!” Lee says enthusiastically.  (Disclaimer)

Today, Lee and Karla actively work their business together. Lee is now working their USANA® business full-time!
