Matt owned a landscaping company and his wife, Shanna worked in commercial real estate for 8 years.  At one point in his life, Matt was running his business, working two other part-time jobs and going to school full time.   "I realized that I was going to be 50 and I would still be mowing lawns if I didn't make a change."
