Jeff's story is probably not much different than many of you. Jeff and Lisa Duncan live in northeastern Utah with their five children. Jeff does not have a college degree, but he learned at a very young age, the importance of hard work and integrity.

For the past 21 years, Jeff has made a career in the oil and gas industry. At present, he works as an operations supervisor for a large company in Algeria.
