In
2005 Kelly had a background in Psychology and was managing an Advice and
Guidance service in many secondary schools. Her passion had always been
to help others but through her dedication, she was finding herself
working most days from 7am to 7pm!
Therefore, she started researching how she could maintain and take
control of her health through nutrition. Through reading guides like
Patrick Holfords Optimum Nutrition Bible, she was intrigued by the
information and strived to find out more.
When she was introduced to USANA by a good friend of hers, she was
primarily drawn to the products because of their quality but also
because of the medical research and backing.
Her own experience on the products was amazing as she felt more energy
and knew she was maintaining a healthy immune system.
Then she went on to share these amazing benefits with others, even the
children and parents she came in to contact in her
psychologist role. As
her enthusiasm and belief in the products were so high, she was finding
that she couldn’t stop talking people about them and as a result, her
business started to grow.
This is when she realized what she really had in her hands with the
business and started to soak herself in personal development, so much
so, that she now involves mindset training when coaching her new
associates. Especially, as she’s a great lover of Dennis Waitely and
‘The Secret’ DVD.
Attending events has been one of the key factors of Kelly’s success and
development. She religiously attends Health & Freedom events, BDS
training, Super Sundays, National and International Conventions and is a
custom speaker at these events. As a result, she won the ‘STI Best
Speaker’ awards at the UK Award Ceremony.
Kelly’s determination and persistence lead her to be in a situation
where she could fire her boss after being aligned with USANA for just 1
½ years. Her team has now grown to an international status, and she
appreciates that all of her success is a reflection of what great people
she works with, and what a fantastic business system USANA has.
Everyday she continues to work on herself, as her belief is leading by
example. This was evident when she was awarded the ‘STI Exemplenary
Leadership’ award at the UK convention 2007 and gained her STI status by
personally sponsoring 11 associates over a 10 day period.
Kelly is extremely grateful for the lifestyle, health and financial
freedom that USANA has given her, as it has enabled her to start her own
publishing company (Conch Press) with two other USANA Associates. This
is because she is committed to share information about nutrition and
empowerment to families worldwide, and some of their work has been
endorsed by Dr Christine Wood of the USANA Scientific Advisory Council.
Kelly is a strong believer that anyone can achieve what their mind can
believe, and she is grateful that USANA has been her chosen vehicle to
allow her to reach her dreams.
