Sam was trained as a teacher and had spent many years working around the world studying and lecturing. Lisa, a radiographer was concerned with the late hours she was working with no end in sight.  They were both acutely aware that when they stopped working, they stopped earning.  With this in mind they began learning how to invest and began a number of businesses.  However, this just increased the number of hours they worked and it seemed like they time the spent with family was becoming less, not more.  Surely, this was not how life was meant to be lived?

After studying with several notable entrepreneurs in Australia and the USA, Sam and Lisa began to look for businesses with a new definition “A commercial profitable enterprise that works without you”.  And, with this in mind they began to look at different kinds of opportunities, the kind where you did something once and got paid for the rest of your life!  It wasn’t long before they got speaking to a number of other entrepreneurs and finding out what they were doing.  For Sam and Lisa this is a case of following the formula for success: (1) find someone who is getting the results in their life that you want, (2) find out exactly what they are doing (3) do exactly the same things.  The answer was USANA Health Sciences.  Although Sam was initially quite sceptical and said ‘No!’ at least 4 times, Lisa saw the opportunity immediately and they started their business.  Since getting started, Lisa has quit her job and spends her time with their three beautiful children, Neve, Jacob and Luke. In her spare time she invests in residential real estate. Sam continues to teach for the time being, but is now in a position where he can choose not to.  Initially, Sam got into teaching to help people, to give people a better start in life, to give people the choice of a better future.  And now with USANA Sam is now able to help more people and in a more profound way than by teaching alone.

Sam and Lisa now enjoy spending their time doing more of the things they want.  This includes leading an amazing international team of like-minded entrepreneurs who are all working towards complete financial freedom.
